Daily Draw Saturday, 15 October 2016 Method: Wild Wood Tarot. Card Drawn: Queen of Bows - Hare This is a, non-standard deck that I can’t compare to any other and will only have a history of cards drawn, just for itself. The cards in this deck are related to the wheel of the year, common to most pagan practices. This card is placed, moving towards midsummer. It doesn’t correspond to the actual time of the year but is associated with the Goddess Eostre, to whom the hare is sacred and for that reason it was forbidden to kill them, but since those days of love and respect for nature, mankind has slipped an awful long way. Hares are of course a fertility symbol and modern farmers seem to have forgotten that too. Bows are the same as wands, the element of fire. I’m asked to consider how I influence those around me. Looking at my plans, such as they are, how can I best move forward? Where do I need to be more courteous or understanding? This card can signify success in business but I need to be more helpful and understanding. Show kindness and responsibility.
