Daily Draw

Daily Draw Thursday, 08 September 2016 Method: Druid Craft Tarot Deck Card Drawn: Nine of Cups Last drawn on Wednesday, 24 September 2014 using the Druid Craft Tarot Deck, Saturday, 07 November 2015 using Lo Scarabeo Tarot and Saturday, 30 January 2016 using the Druid Craft Tarot Deck. Not a frequent visitor to my world, but certainly one for the Druid Craft deck. The image on this card depicts a wealthy looking merchant, probably in his 50’s, sitting at a table with 8 cups on it, the other being in his left hand. He sits in a grand looking hall, although he sits alone, he’s looking quite pleased with himself. This card should represent contentment, or the realisation of dreams. I wouldn’t say that’s really the case though, as my dreams are all past glories without any dreams for the future. I can relax a bit as things are falling into place with regard the mundane world. The card tells me it is a time of enjoyment and celebration, probably because all the Spanish kids are back in school and most of the tourists have gone, but look at the figure on the card, is he like me? A lone wolf, perhaps like him I should be content with my own company? I have little choice in the matter anyway. This is certainly true as my wife is going back to work in England again tomorrow. This has left me somewhat busier than I had hoped to be at this time of year. Although I do feel rather isolated, I don’t think it bothers me too much. The card tells me I can easily handle any obstacles and I really should appreciate my blessings more.
