Daily Draw Wednesday, 07 September 2016 Method: Thoth Tarot Card Dawn: Eight of Wands Mercury in Sagittarius. 0 ̊ to 10 ̊ Sagittarius. Last drawn on Thursday, 14 April 2016 using the Druid Craft Tarot and Thursday, 04 August 2016 using the Labyrinth Tarot. In the Kabbalah, the Eight of Wands depicts Hod, the eighth sphere of splendour and glory which corresponds to Mercury, who also corresponds in many ways to Odin. Hod is positioned in Atziluth, the realm of fire and inspiration. Mercury is in Sagittarius where the element of fire is stable. This card is telling me to get off my backside and do something today while I have the chance. The card is called “Swiftness” which describes Mercury, who in modern times also rules electronic devices and this card just screams out electronic communications. There could be sudden changes, some sort of progress, positive influences and maybe some hope. This card is often associated with movement but I feel physical movement is restricted. I think this will just be dealing with today’s coming inspection with the tourist office.
